"I have enlisted the services of Duncan Perry and Outsource Solution on many occasions for training both on site and off site.  We are a fish processer and have had Duncan previously as an auditor of our site which has been great as he is familiar with how we operate.  From a training point of view this allows Duncan to tailor any on site courses to suit which really helps the production guys absorb the course material a lot easier as they can relate it to their own jobs and roles. I have also attended a couple courses off site (BRC Internal auditing training, HACCP course, BRC conversion course) and he has been able to deliver the course in a way where he meets all the course objectives but still makes it relevant for everyone in the room even if they are from different sectors.  Again, any questions I have, he will use examples relevant to the seafood industry or to my processes which make it a lot easier to relate.
