The Company – a successful meat processors with retail outlets based in Dundee, are looking to recruit a Production Manager/QA. This is a family run business which is firmly focused on delivering the highest standards in both its retail and food service operations. This business is led by a very proactive team and is constantly improving and looking at new markets.

The job – The main role of the Production Manager will be to lead, organise and motivate the production team to deliver the highest quality food, safely. With full responsibility covering raw materials intake and storage, through to despatch, this is a role that is varied and demanding. Full support will be provided by the directors of the business so that you quickly develop into this new position.

Salary - £25 to £35k (DOE) + performance and profit related bonus scheme
