Outsource Solution provide both SALSA mentoring and auditing services. This can be done in isolation or as a stepping stone towards other scheme approvals such as BRC. A SALSA auditor and mentor has to first be approved by the Institute of Food Science and Technology and Duncan Perry of Outsource has all the approvals to verify his competence in this area.
