Duncan Perry B.sc (Hons)
Fellow of The Institute of Food Science and Technology
Duncan has 30 years experience in the Food and Drink industry and has worked in food testing laboratories and the whisky, fish, red meat, poultry and bakery sectors. Outsource Solution was established in 2004 and have audited food and drink production sites for BRC, Organic, SALSA, Red Tractor, Quality Meat Scotland and Scottish Quality Wild Venison certification schemes.
Outsource provides consultancy advisory services and certificated training in all aspects of food and drink safety and quality which is focused on achieving the relevant certificated or retailer requirements.
Duncan is available for non-executive positions to strengthen boards with technical expertise.

Fiona has over 25 years experience in business development and marketing which has been gained in recruitment, advertising and property investment. She has operated within the food and drink sector as a recruiter. Fiona oversees strategic partnerships and clients throughout the industry and is the primary point of contact and organisation for all training courses. She works closely with Scotland Food & Drink promoting the strategy roadmap, "Ambition 2030" to Outsource Solution's clients. She will organise seminars at which Duncan can speak on a range of current challenges to the food and drink industry.
Fiona manages Outsource Environment as a water broker with the UK leading water supplier. She can arrange an introduction and supplier switch to reduce water costs.
