Training has once again raised it profile with the legal requirement for HACCP and its introduction as a fundamental section of the BRC Global Standard.
Training and demonstrating competence in Food Safety is now essential. There has also been the introduction in the BRC / EFSIS standard Issue 5 requirement for refresher training, which is a Fundamental Section.

Outsource Solution Ltd have the necessary Hygiene and HACCP training your Company require and our own Microbiologist to ensure any service we provide is of the highest standard.
We will carry out training on site or at any suitable venue and have our own excellent training suite in Livingston. We periodically train in Elgin at Moray College and for the Bakery Training Council. Full digital presentations of resource material are provided and workshop materials are used in order to make the training as effective as possible.
