Training has once again raised it profile with the legal requirement for HACCP and its introduction as a fundamental section of the BRC Global Standard.
Training and demonstrating competence in Food Safety is now essential. There has also been the introduction in the BRC / EFSIS standard Issue 5 requirement for refresher training, which is a Fundamental Section.

We will carry out training on site or at any suitable venue and have our own excellent training suite in Livingston. We periodically train in Elgin at Moray College and for the Bakery Training Council.
